Hotel Morgana By Iter Sensibus Playa del Carmen

I had an amazing stay at this venue. Its location directly on the beach was perfect. The room amenities like air conditioning and in-room safe made my stay more comfortable. I also enjoyed the restaurant and bar/lounge area, as well as the friendly staff.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay with great amenities.

This must-stay hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach and the bustling 5th Avenue. The rooms are modern and tastefully designed, providing a comfortable stay. The service at this hotel is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and take advantage of the various facilities, such as the well-equipped bar on the 4th floor. The hotel also offers clean towels for the beach daily, adding to the convenience for guests.

There was a small issue with the waiter service, as there were times when there was only one waitress serving multiple tables, causing some delays in receiving prompt service.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, perfect for a romantic getaway. the hotel's location was excellent, close to all the main attractions and just a short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the small but relaxing pool, a great way to unwind at the end of the day.

We could hear construction noise through the vents, which was quite disruptive.

During our stay at Hotel Morgana, we were amazed by the charming atmosphere and unique design. The rooms were beautifully furnished and had interesting artwork. The breakfast provided a wide range of options and was presented beautifully. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the convenience of the common area on the 6th floor for working and taking calls. Despite a couple of minor issues with the room, such as slow drainage and a non-working table lamp, we were overall very satisfied with our stay at Hotel Morgana.

The location, while not the best, was still close enough to the main avenue. The common area on the 6th floor was convenient for working or taking calls.
